Laurent is probably one of the best distillers in the world. He’s also obsessed with growing as many different varieties of tomatoes as he can. I think he's working with over 100 now, but don’t quote me. This is a product that nobody asked for but aren't the best things usually passion projects? This makes a very fun 2:1 martini with a nice softer gin.
