There aren't many better moments than sipping a glass of Spanish vermouth on ice garnished with olives and an orange slice at like 2pm somewhere sunny. The base wine for this is an off-dry oloroso sherry from Equipo Navazos, and they’re only using high quality naturally dried botanicals. It does make a great cocktail, but my favorite way to enjoy it is on its own.
